Phoenix House is a supported accommodation for people with mental health issues, from all sections of the community
The aim of Phoenix House is to continue to provide high quality accommodation and support services to people with mental health problems.
- Have an understanding of the housing and support needs of people with mental health problems
- Have in place a skilled staff team who are able to deliver the services
- Remain financially healthy
- Ensure that service users have a meaningful stake in our organization by ensuring that they have influences over decisions relevant to themselves as well as the day-to-day functioning of the accommodation
where they live
- Ensure that the culture and lifestyle of our accommodation reflect the culture, lifestyle, wishes, and
aspirations of those who live there
- Create and promote opportunities for people to access community and educational facilities that are both
realistic and appropriate
- Provide information, skills and facilities required for individuals to make informed and realistic choices and
decisions
- Provide support within a climate that emphasizes enablement
- Maintain existing and seek new partnerships with other support service providers
- Maintain the quality and excellence of our organization
- Expand, as far as possible, our support services to meet the needs of service users within the borough of Sandwell.
